Ze Ri, the Chinese Art of Date Selection

Ze Ri, the Chinese Art of Date Selection,

an online Workshop with Richard Ashworth

Saturday Oct 9th 2021

Donald Trump may not employ a personal trainer or even a hairdresser but he certainly retains a feng shui consultant. And as you might expect, he doesn’t pay them and I’m not going to encourage or embarrass anybody by naming names. What I will say is that the attack on Capitol Hill on January 6th was not only timed to take advantage of the very aggressive Wood Tiger energy of that day but also made use of various underlying factors that took expert calculation. And it was a close thing; a few more guns, a little more madness and the world would have changed overnight.

This is Ze Ri, the Chinese Art of Date Selection.

The timing of the Beijing Olympics which we’ll also unpack on the workshop – shows that whatever noises they make about abandoning old ways, the big hitters of the Chinese National People’s Congress still use the traditional methods to select dates for important events. In China, Ze Ri has been in use for hundreds, if not thousands of years. Remind me to tell you about my visit to the tomb of Mao Ze Dong’s grandfather in Shaoshan, central China; there’s a story about timing.

Doing the right thing at the right time in the right place” is how one Master defined feng shui. On October 9th I will be teaching right timing and a fair bit more. If you want to be able to prescribe good and bad days for particular purposes, for yourself or others, join us.

Who should attend? Technically I’ll be teaching Daily Officers, Lunar Mansions, Dong Gong, Xuan Kong Da Gua and a smidgeon of Qi Men Dun Jia. What that actually means is that you’ll need to brush up your Stems and Branches. But none of it is rocket science.

Ze Ri is a life study but at the end of the workshop the attentive student will have all the information needed to calculate, personalise and prescribe dates and times. And that of course is the beginning.

See you then, I hope.
