Ze Ri Xue – Date Selection for Dummies
Doing the right thing in the right place at the right time
A Zoom crash course with Richard Ashworth
2-6 pm BST Saturday 19th September
“The very best there is! Richard knows his stuff !” Sally Hawkins (aka Mrs Brown from Paddington, Oscar Nominated for The Shape of Water and Blue Jasmine.
This course is for the fascinated beginner. No prior knowledge required.
Every day Richard posts on FaceBook, Linked In, Blue Sky, Instagram and Substack his prognosis for the day. Some find the posts inspirational, some baffling, one or two have called them “spooky” and many build their days around them. In this rapid course Richard tells how he does it.
He will be teaching the four building blocks of basic Ze Ri or Date Selection:
1. How the Stems and Branches (that is the Zodiac Animals) react to each other. There are rules for this: each Day, Year, Month (and indeed Hour) has its own Animal. So every day and its implications are close to unique. You will receive the basic rules as handouts.
2. The sequence of the Daily Officers which tells us something like what’s appropriate to each day. On a Stable day expect no dramatic change for example. These will be listed for you too.
3. The sequence of Lunar Mansions which offer some idea of the likely categories of events day by day. This is rich with imagery for the intuition: a Yuen (or Neck) Day for instance may be about origins and sources, endings and penalties.
Students will receive handouts outlining each stage and as with all Richard’s courses, you are entitled to unlimited email aftercare.
The Course itself: £150 (Early Bird £125 if paid by July 1st)
Saturday September 19th 2pm-6pm British Summer Time
